To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented After-Sales Service Technician.
Your role
Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure the performance and reliability of our customers’ equipment. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance work on machinery, either directly at the customer’s premises or in our workshop.
- Diagnostics: Identify, analyse and quickly resolve breakdowns and technical faults.
- Advice & Training: Support, advise and train customers to ensure the optimal and safe use of their machinery.
- Technical Follow-up: Compile spare parts lists and document service work to prepare quotations for future repairs.
Your profile
- Qualifications: Holder of a CFC in automation engineering, general mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role as an after-sales service technician.
- Key skills: Proficiency in machine tool programming (specific experience with Fanuc is essential) and excellent IT skills.
- Languages: Native French speaker; good knowledge of English and/or German would be an advantage.
- Driving licence: Category B driving licence required (regular travel is to be expected).
